🎗️ Al-Bāṭin🎗️ (The Imperceptible) Through His Nearness and His Encompassing Knowledge

Shaykh al-Saʿdī (may Allah have mercy on him) says regarding Al-Bāṭin: He is the One whose knowledge encompasses everything; nothing of secrets or inner thoughts is hidden from Him, nor what hearts conceal, nor what chests keep veiled, just as He encompasses all things in power and perfect governance. He affirms that His being Hidden is: * not a hiddenness of absence or non-existence * but a hiddenness of complete encompassing, nearness, and knowledge He also states, clarifying the faith-based effect: Just as He is Al-Ẓāhir (the Manifest) — nothing is above Him, so He is Al-Bāṭin — nothing is beneath Him. Meaning: * Manifest through His greatness and exaltedness * Hidden through His nearness and total encompassing ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ And Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) says: “As for worship through His Name Al-Bāṭin: when you witness His encompassing of all realms, His nearness to what is far, His awareness of inner realities, the exposure of all secrets before Him, and that nothing stands between Him and them— then deal with Him according to this awareness. Purify your inner self for Him, for it is open before Him; rectify your hidden state, for it is witnessed by Him; and purify your inward being, for it is manifest to Him.”
